After attaching a file you will see the file name if you mouse over the "Choose File" button. If your files are too large you will get "There was an error trying to send your message." To send a pic directly from mobile camera, first: go to your camera settings and set image size to 2.4mb, then return to site and tap a "Choose File" button from your mobile phone. If your files are too large just paste a OneDrive or DropBox link in your message.
